The Council on Rural Services wants to take this opportunity to thank Emerson Brewer for serving on our Board of Trustees over the past 16 years. Emerson joined our board in 2000 and has continued to serve as a client representative from Darke County.
As a non-profit, we rely on our Board of Trustees to guide our organization as we work to make a difference in our community and client’s lives.
